COURSE INTRODUCTION
Fashion is known well for its consumption issue and really, there is no way around it—we simply do buy (and own) too much.
According to Sustainyourstyle.org, a sustainability-centric consultancy and educational resource, "we now have 5 times more clothes than our grandparents had". Another sustainability-friendly source, an amazing upcycling designer Freya Simonne, recently had this on one of her IG posts: 'We have another clothing to cloth the next 6 generations, or everyone on the planet for the next 100 years". And if this doesn't stop us in our tracks, nothing will...
We created this Course with a hope and goal to ENLIGHTEN and EQUIP, SHARPEN and ENCOURAGE all those whose hearts (and minds) break at the worsening state of modern fashion and who cannot just simply stand there and watch because there is so much that we can change ... truly. AMEN!

This Course seeks to inspire and equip students to become shrewd fashion consumers and wise (and happy) custodians of what is already there in one's closet.
02 Content
Thematically, this Course explores such disciplines (and areas of knowledge/study) as: Consumer Behavior, Fashion Marketing, Fashion Psychology, Sustainability, and of course—The Bible.

We built this Course around all kinds of different resources to give our students ideas and tools as to how shop, use and keep fashion differently. The classes are highly practical and interactive.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Ana Plastinina is a Fashion Marketer, Consultant and Educator with more than a decade of extensive international experience. In 2020, she authored '"I AM" GOD OF FASHION', a book exploring the world and industry of fashion from the perspective of The Kingdom of God and eternal truths as The Scripture (The Bible) presents them. Later the same year, the eponymous School & Ministry was born and ever since then, Ana has been blessed to educate, equip, connect and uplift believers on The Mountain of Arts (Fashion) & Entertainment to grow in Jesus Christ and their respective vocation and calling.
Ana hold a Masters in Fashion Business from IFA PARIS/POLIMODA and at the moment, quite literally, resides between the UK and China.
